Signing up, your way
To reserve your trip or get more information:
- Contact us and one of our Adventure Consultants will help you get signed up and answer any questions you may have.
- Email us at info@austinadventures.com about the trip you’d like to take, the number of travelers for the booking, and your preferred departure date, and we’ll be in touch to finalize the details with you.
- Or book securely on our website from the trip page of the adventure you'd like to book.
Once we receive your deposit and your booking’s confirmed, you’ll receive our welcome email with everything you need for your trip including:
- arrival and departure details,
- a recommended packing list,
- and helpful travel insurance recommendations.
All this for peace of mind so you can relax, feel prepared, and get excited for your adventure ahead.
Flexibility and Choice
Choose your preferred payment option — No credit card fees, ever.
You can pay your deposit and final balance by credit card, with no credit card surcharges, or pay your final balance by check or bank/wire transfer. We accept all major credit cards in USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and NZD.
Lifetime Deposit:
Your deposit is 25% of the total trip price.
If you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit is valid for life and can be used on any future trip with us or any of our sister brands (Active Adventures or Discovery Bicycle Tours), or hold it as a credit for you until you’re ready. We accept all major credit cards in USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and NZD — no credit card surcharges apply.
Payment options to choose from:
1. Standard flexible payment
Final balance due 90 days before your trip, (120 days for international trips)
2. Pay in Full & Save 10%
Book with a non-refundable full payment and enjoy 10% off.
Available only for trips departing 180+ days from your booking date
