*$500 deposit is valid for any new North America trip booked by September 30, 2025 (11:59 PM PST).
Final payment is due 90 days prior to trip departure. For bookings made within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at time of booking.
$500 deposit is per person and non-refundable. If you change your trip after booking, you will be required to pay the remaining standard 25% deposit amount at the time of change. Standard booking conditions will apply.
In the event of a cancellation, the $500 deposit will be forfeited and cannot be held as credit.
